Recommended that one have 3-5 cups a day (caffeinated or decaffeinate). And it is recommended to drink it hot. But issue again... tea gets cold in most cups or mugs in under 7-10mins. Since I have been using the Nano heated mug i sip on my tea as I work and have it stay at the perfect drinkable temperature for 45mins.
